Lactation support packages

As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I provide both comprehensive and ad hoc lactation support based on your unique feeding goals.

Lactation support packages:

• 2 Hour In Person Lactation Support: $300

• 1 Hour Virtual Lactation Support: $150

2 Hour breastfeeding prep class: $250

Breastfeeding is complex and, with the right education and support, it can be a joyful moment of connection with your infant.

This private Breastfeeding Preparation Class will cover all the basics and be customized for your experience level and history. I cater the curriculum to first time parents, parents looking for a refresher before baby #2, or parents looking to avoid some of the hardships they dealt with before!

In this 2 hour Breastfeeding Preparation Class, we will review: 

• What "normal" breastfeeding looks like

• Initiating breastfeeding after birth

• Proper latch & Breastfeeding positions

• Normal infant input and output

• Pumping / expression

• Realistic Expectations for the first month

• Common issues to watch out for
